A circa 1930's pen and ink humorous canine dog / dog show / Boston / Dachshund / Bulldog / Scottish Terrier cartoon drawing by Vincenzo (Vincent) Maria Zito (European/American 1900-1966). The captions reading "The Trouble with this Country is too many" and "Hey, did you guys register?". Signed bottom right "Zito". Zito was famous for his 1937 publication of cartoons 'Dogs', published by Chesterfield Publication of New York.
