2 ) "Champion Caris" by Monica Gray
Monica Gray (late 19th - early 20th century). Oil on board'-Champion Caris'. English, circa 1910. This was a Blenheim, sired by Sweet Anne Page and dammed by Ch. The Cherub (326F) was born on the 12th December 1907. (Sweet Anne Page was sired by Crooks, (unregistered), and dammed by Convolvulus, (also unregistered). Caris was bred by Mrs Harve, and owned by Mrs C M Bright. Mrs Bright was a specialist fancier and breeder of Blenheims at The Grange, Ivinghoe, Tring in Buckinghamshire. Champion Caris, was one of the famous and well known Blenheims of her day, (circa 1900). She was the winner of the -Temple Barrow Challenge Cup- (3 times), for best Blenheim and also -Medal for best Toy Spaniel Bitch in Toy Dog Show-. Champion Caris is well documented in The Hon. Mrs Neville Lytton authoritive and standard book on Toy Dogs.

3 ) 'Champion Cara' by Monica Grey
Monica Gray (late 19th - early 20th century), oil on board, titled Champion Cara. English, Circa 1905. This Blenheim was born on the 12th October 1901, bred by Miss R Witt, sired by Hiawatha (unregistered), and damed by Flossie, (also unregistered). The Blenheim was owned by Mrs C M Bright. Mrs Bright was a specialist fancier and breeder of Blenheims at The Grange, Ivinghoe, Tring in Buckinghamshire. Champion Cara was one of the famous and well known Blenheims of her day (circa 1900). She was a winner of 6 'Challenge Prizes' and 'Reserve For Best Non-Sporting Dog or Bitch at Kennel Club Shows'. Cara is well documented in The Hon. Mrs Neville Lytton authoritive and standard book on Toy Dogs.

The Clumber Spaniel 'Rivington Duchess', by Monica Gray (exh 1903-1919), English, circa 1908 Rivington Duchess was owned and breed by Mr. C Phillips. Mr Phillips later sold the Clumber to Mr W Rose. The bitch was born on the 4th April 1907, sired by Ch. Rivington Rolfe and dammed by Rivington Reel

The Clumber Spaniel Champion Trigger of St. Mary's, by Monica Gray (exh 1903-1919), English, circa 1908. Ch. Trigger of St Mary's was owned by Mr W. Rose. And was a bitch born on the 25th August 1904, by the breeder Mr. W. McCall, (the gundog fancier and breeder), sired by Ch. Hempstead Toby and dammed by Likely Bird.

Mrs B F Moore was a leading breeder and authority on Chow Chows. She wrote the Chow Chow chapter in the definitive Cassell's 'New Book of Dog'.

A facsmile of the Misses M.F. & H.M. Loughrey’s famous Scottish Deerhound “Champion Tragic of Ross” after the highly respected English canine artist Miss Monica F Gray. Titled bottom right “Tragic of Ross” and signed bottom left “Monica Gray”. Tragic one of the most famous Scottish Deerhounds, his pedigree can be found in many of today’s lines. It has been said that Tragic left its mark across the entire strain of Scottish Deerhounds everywhere, with this name appearing on practically every deerhound pedigree. The Ross Kennels and Deerhound fanciers, Misses M.F. & H.M. Loughrey’s of Londonderry, were famous for their Scottish Deerhounds. This was clearly painted when Tragic was just a young dog and before becoming a champion. Bred by Miss G Esmonde, Tragic won 7 Challenge Certificates. Tragic’s pedigree is shown below. English, circa 1925.
