Inspired by Thomas Blinks (English, 1860-1912) late 19th century paintings of Setters published 1896 by Arthur Tooth & Sons as photogravures / photo-engravings.

Possibly Sozayemon of Kyoto and Tokyo purveyor to His Imperial Japanese Majesty's household
