Depict Poodle entering a barn with a chained, English Bulldog, Scottish Terrier and Irish Terrier, with a vignette of various humorous sketches of interests in the border. Signed in pencil bottom left “Frank Paton”. Published 1899 by E. E. Leggatt, London, as part of the series of Christmas Cards publish from 1880 to 1909.
An example exists in the collection of the British Museum following E. E. Leggatt 1919 donation of a full set of the Christmas series to the museum.
