American 1925.
The image further appeared in "Dogs" by the artist, with an introduction by R. T Townsend published in 1930, by the Derrydale Press, illustration 40. Here Kirmse writes "Dry point study of three Irish terriers, always characteristically ready for fight or frolic". |
