Retailed by P&E Schafer of 27 Piccadilly. The crystal very finely carved and painted, and especially three dimensional. Marked inside the lid “Schafer 27 Picadillyâ€. Reverse intaglio crystals are commonly and erroneously often called Essex Crystals. English, circa 1900.
