This Blenheim was born on the 12th October 1901, bred by Miss R Witt, sired by Hiawatha (unregistered), and damed by Flossie, (also unregistered). The Blenheim was owned by Mrs C M Bright. Mrs Bright was a specialist fancier and breeder of Blenheims at The Grange, Ivinghoe, Tring in Buckinghamshire. Champion Cara was one of the famous and well known Blenheims of her day (circa 1900). She was a winner of 6 'Challenge Prizes' and 'Reserve For Best Non-Sporting Dog or Bitch at Kennel Club Shows'. Cara is well documented in The Hon. Mrs Neville Lytton authoritive and standard book on Toy Dogs. This is a SOLD item and has been left in the Public Domain for research purposes.
