An ivory miniature in watercolour of Lady Ingram’s Japanese Chin / Japanese Spaniels “KESA”, “TOYO” & “KIS-SMEE” three seat Japanese Chins by Gertrude Massey (English, 1868 - 1957). Titled “KESA”, “TOYO” & “KIS-SMEE”, and signed bottom right “Gertrude Massey”. Sir William and Lady Ingram were among the founding members of the Japanese & Pekinese Club formed in 1901. In gilt-metal frame with ribbon cresting. English, circa 1900.
